Nature of Reservation
A reservation expresses interest in reserving one uMe humanoid service robot through AIMQWEST Robotics. It is not a completed purchase, sales contract, guarantee of availability, guarantee of delivery, or final deployment commitment.
$100 Reservation Deposit
The reservation payment is a $100refundable reservation deposit. If a final purchase is completed, the deposit may be credited toward the final purchase price unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Not a Final Purchase Agreement
A final purchase requires later order confirmation or purchase documentation. AIMQWEST Robotics may contact the reservation holder to verify eligibility, intended use, deployment location, commercial readiness, and support requirements before any final sale proceeds.
No Guaranteed Availability or Delivery Date
Availability, lead time, delivery date, manufacturer readiness, and deployment feasibility are not guaranteed. AIMQWEST Robotics may cancel and refund a reservation if the order cannot proceed.
Target Purchase Price and Final Terms
The current target purchase price is $14,999. Final purchase price, taxes, shipping, deployment, installation, warranty, customer support, maintenance, and delivery terms are excluded from the reservation unless later confirmed in written final purchase documentation.
Manufacturer Approval and Product Documentation
Final specifications, product appearance, support commitments, warranty language, public statements, and commercial terms may require written confirmation before final purchase. Public visuals on this site are AIMQWEST-created conceptual humanoid visualizations unless expressly identified otherwise.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is refundable until a final purchase agreement/order confirmation is executed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A reservation holder may contact AIMQWEST Robotics to request a cancellation and refund before final purchase documentation is executed.
AIMQWEST Right to Cancel and Refund
AIMQWEST Robotics may cancel and refund a reservation if manufacturer availability, deployment readiness, customer eligibility, legal review, territory approval, support readiness, payment processing, or other operational conditions prevent the order from proceeding.
Customer Information
Reservation holders are responsible for providing accurate contact, organization, intended-use, and deployment-location information and for keeping AIMQWEST Robotics updated if those details change.
No Resale, Export, or Misuse
Reservations are intended for legitimate customer deployment discussions. AIMQWEST Robotics may refuse or cancel reservations that appear to involve unlawful use, export misuse, sanctions risk, unauthorized resale, or bad-faith conduct.
Limitation of Representations
AIMQWEST Robotics does not represent exclusive rights, guaranteed inventory, guaranteed delivery timing, finalized warranty/support terms, or final manufacturer confirmation of the reservation flow unless written approval is documented.
Payment and Privacy
Stripe processes reservation payment details. AIMQWEST Robotics does not store card data. AIMQWEST records reservation intent, contact information, Stripe metadata, timestamp, amount, and acknowledgement version for operational follow-up and auditability.
